opublikował: admin easyJet today announced it would introduce a new route from East Midlands airport to the popular Spanish city of Barcelona this winter. The new four times weekly service will commence on 7 December and will offer fares from just ł17.99 one way (ł30.98 return) including tax.
This is the second new route to be added to the airlines Midlands base, following the recent announcement that the airline will introduce flights to Palma, Majorca, commencing in February 2008.
This new route to Barcelona will provide the only direct link from East Midlands to the city and easyJet expects to carry over 70,000 passengers on this new service in the first 12 months of operation.
